I'd been dealing with significant pain and range of motion issues in my shoulder (well, and other joints) for several years and was facing what I believed to be inevitable surgery. Before I gave in, I found Dr. Christopher Moran online. Very down-to-earth, cool guy. To say he knows his stuff would be a disgusting understatement. He helped me understand the neurological relationship to my troubled areas rather than doing what everyone else had (jerking around, twisting uncomfortably, or just looking at things for ten minutes and telling me I needed a procedure). He assured me that he could help and that not only would my range of motion be restored and pain relieved, but that he could do it in a short period of time. Yeah, right. Well, we sat down and he went over everything in detail, ensuring that I understood the situation. Fast forward to four (yes, four) pain-free sessions (yes! I mean pain-free) later; my range of motion in both shoulders is completely restored, and my pain is halved. No shots, no at-home exercises, and no overpriced supplement sales. Oh. I should also mention that after my first session, he called me to see how I was doing. Not a nurse following up (which is good enough). I actually look forward to my sessions, not only because they're not painful, but because the results are blatantly obvious. At forty-five years old (and having sustained multiple shoulder and knee injuries over the years), having this hope is a really big deal. I'm steadily recommending Dr. Moran to my friends, family, and other athletes, and I really mean it when I say I can't recommend him enough. If you're struggling with joint pain, you need to call this place before you try an allopathic doctor. He's light years ahead. Highly recommended!!
